Cancellation Policy

Coaching will be automatically carried out on Zoom/Google Meet. In-person sessions can be arranged upon request. Bookings All initial bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings made can be rescheduled 72 hours in advanced. Scheduling Each coaching sessions will be scheduled and booked in at the end of each session. There is room for flexibility on scheduled sessions if you inform me at least 48hrs in advance. Any sessions rescheduled within less than 48hrs will incur a £15 late fee. CBT based techniques may be incorporated within sessions in order to maximise results, clarity and progress.
